Pretty much anything, the only questions I cannot answer are questions about health (including pregnancies), legal or financial matters.
Every reading is tailored to the time I am spending on it. So it is important to select the one that feels right to you.
The shorter ones are designed to answer direct questions such as...
'How does 'A' feel about me?',
'Is this new job right for me?',
'Is there a chance to get back with my ex?',
'Houses have energies, is this the right one for me?'.
More open ended questions like...
'What is coming up for me within the next 3 months?',
'Please tell me anything you pick up',
'Please give me just a general reading',
are not something I can do justice to in a quick specific question reading. For those please consider booking a more in-depth reading, or a live chat or call. Otherwise you may be disappointed that I cannot do these type of questions justice within such a short reading.
Every reading has an approximate time mentioned on the listing. As I am one person, it depends on my time and availability. At quieter times your reading will come quickly. At busier times it could take longer. I aim to complete all readings as soon as possible and always within 24 hours guaranteed (Monday to Friday).
The longer, more in-depth readings will take longer, as more time is involved with those. So, those could be a few days. You can be assured that I aim to give the best possible service at all times.
All of my readings are priced based on time. Therefore, when you book the reading, that is a stand-alone time booking. Some readings come with the option to upgrade to include follow up questions after the reading. In all other cases, follow-up questions would be a new booking such as "Three quick questions".
When I read your questions, I open my channel, connect with your guides, or your energy (or both, depending on the reading you have booked). Whilst I'm doing the reading I write down everything that’s coming through and relay to you everything that I get at the time.
After the reading is done I close the channel down and ground myself, ready for the next person's reading. Most times, as soon as that happens, I don't remember what was said during the reading, as I am only the channel.
So when I am asked any follow up questions, as I don't usually remember what was relayed to me during your reading, I need to reconnect, open the channel again and ask your follow up question. So any follow up questions become new readings every time. And whilst I am happy to offer clarification, it's sometimes not as straightforward as just giving a 'yes' or 'no' to a follow up.
As an example, it's very similar to going to the cinema to watch a film. Once you've finished watching it, if there's something you want to see again, you can't just go back in. You have to purchase another ticket, go back in and start all again. It’s the same with a reading.
Readings are priced based on the amount of time I spend on them. For example, the £1.50 SMS readings last for about two minutes. With the email equivalent to those I am working for about 10 minutes, and those cost £6.50. So you will get more in-depth answers with the email ones.
A full in-depth reading at £50 and over lasts at least an hour, and I may spend even more time on those (because I get personal satisfaction from going deeper). This is why it is important for the shorter ones to be specific questions, so I can make sure they get answered in the clearest way.
Also please bear in mind that sometimes when we write questions it's easy to forget that when we put an 'and' in between, that then means more questions are being asked.
For example...
'Is the job I am in right for me, and will I get a pay rise, and will I be able to get the holiday I am planning too, and is there a house move coming soon?'.
That’s four questions, but if you only booked a 1 question SMS reply, then it's close to impossible for me to do that justice in one message. In these cases, I have to just go by the first question, which in this case would be 'Is the job I am in right for me'?

Yes. International services are operated via WhatsApp. Therefore you can receive either a text or phone call via WhatsApp. There are 2 options for this. One is on the home page for text as "WhatsApp". The other is choosing one of the phone call readings and selecting the WhatsApp option. At the time of booking, click on the WhatsApp icon to add me.
This depends on whether you are a member or non-member. Members are able to reschedule in the member's area by returning to the booking calendar in "my booking" and selecting a new date or time, provided that the booking is more than 12 hours in the future (see below for more details).
Non-members will need to contact me because the calendar is part of the member area and is not accessible by non-members.
At the time of booking it states that you can reschedule up to 12 hours before the reading is due. You will get a confirmation of the time of the booking and 24 hours before the reading you will receive a reminder. That then gives you 12 hours to reschedule your reading if you need to.
If for any reason you have allowed that time to pass, you will not be able to reschedule the reading yourself (even if you are a member). However, in exceptional circumstances, if less than 12 hours remain, please contact me and I will do my best to reschedule for you. The reason for this is because I need to be able to make certain I can provide a good service for everyone and lost time impacts upon my ability to do this. But please be assured that I am as flexible as I can be and I have your best interests at heart, so usually something can be worked out. VERY IMPORTANT! If you are unavailable at the booked time (I will always try and call at least 3 times), and you have not contacted me to say that you are unable to make the appointment, the session is defaulted and needs to be rebooked.
If it's a weekend, please note that timings are listed for weekdays only. If it is a weekday, please first check your junk mail folder as it is highly unusual that you won't receive your reading in time. If there is nothing, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can. It could be that something technical has gone wrong or normal human error. I'm happy for you to contact me if you have concerns.
